Russell Geyser

Managing Member

Mr. Geyser formed Geyser Holdings in 2003 and led the Company’s emergence as a leading tenant in common syndicator and remains dedicated to bringing compelling properties to market in this area. Under his direction, Geyser has syndicated more than $500M of single and multi-tenant retail and multi-family properties throughout the United States. Mr. Geyser holds bachelor and graduate degrees from UC Berkeley, and the University of Southern California.  

Steve Willison

Chief Investment Officer

Mr. Willison joined Geyser Holdings in October 2005 as Chief Investment Officer. He is responsible for the company's new acquisitions and offerings. Prior to Geyser Holdings, Mr. Willison was employed by Captec Financial Group,Inc., most recently as Managing Director, Portfolio Management. Mr. Willison has been responsible for new business development and portfolio management of a $1.5 billion real estate portfolio. He attended Alma College in Alma, MI and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting.

 

Governor Abercrombie

Director of Hawaiian Operations

Neil Abercrombie (born June 26, 1938) is an American politician who served as the seventh Governor of Hawaii from 2010 to 2014. Born in Buffalo, New York, Abercrombie is a graduate of the University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa. Abercrombie began his political career in 1974, after winning a seat in the Hawaii House of Representatives. He served in the Hawaii House until 1979, when he was elected to the Hawaii State Senate. Abercrombie went to the US House of Representatives in 1986 in a special election. Abercrombie served the remainder of that term until 1987. He served on the Honolulu City Council from 1988 to 1990 before returning to Congress in 1991. Abercrombie served nine consecutive terms in the House from 1993 to 2010, representing Hawaii's 1st congressional district, which comprises urban Honolulu.

Jenni Tingley

Director of Acquisitions

Ms. Tingley is responsible for all due diligence associated with the acquisition and disposition of properties and all correspondence with the individual tenants in common.  Prior to joining Geyser, Ms. Tingley was the manager of contract administration for Captec where she worked from September 1994 to September 2005. Ms. Tingley helped Captec acquire over $800,000,000 worth of properties and disposed of more than $400,000,000.  She has 20 years experience in reviewing and analyzing property due diligence.
